Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability and to the conditions of the rate selected at the time of confirmation.
To guarantee your booking, a credit card or other means of security may be requested.

Changes and Cancellations
The conditions for changes, cancellations, and payment/security vary according to the rate, accommodation type, and season selected at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the conditions and any penalties set out in the booked rate will apply.
Important note: The detailed conditions applicable to your stay will be presented during the booking process.

Activities
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the value of the booked activity will be charged.
For bookings of more than one surf lesson, purchasing a lesson pack is recommended. If individual bookings are made instead, the corresponding unit price will apply to each lesson.

General Information
By confirming your booking, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the specific conditions of the chosen rate, which take precedence over any other information.
In the event of any discrepancy between this Booking and Cancellation Policy and the specific conditions of the booked rate, the conditions of the rate selected at the time of booking shall always prevail.
